To Michael Berk & Douglas Schwartz,
Enclosed you will find copies of letters that my students sent to CBS concerning "Th eWizard". They mailed them in individual envelopes which they addressed. I didn't want CBS to get the impression that anyone was forced to write. When we learned about the possible cancelling of your show, we wanted to take part in the letter writing campaign. We hope it works! "Th e Wizard" must be saved!
I have notified other elementary teachers in my area & asked them to encourage their students to write, too. Hopefully, enough people across the USA will respond to save this high quality program.
P.S. I also wrote CBS about not cancelling "The Wizard". As the mother of 2 children (ages 7 & 9), "The Wizard" represents the values & qualities which I want my own children to emulate.

I like "The Wizard" on T.V. It is very interesting. It is a good show because adults & children can both watch it. I have lots & lots of friends that like it. I hope you don't cancel it! I learn a lot of things that are on the show. I really enjoy the show & I hope you don't cancel it. My family likes it too. I think "The Wizard" is funny. I really enjoy the show!
